Swedish embassy appointments · London

Book a slot you can actually attend, and see how busy it is.

Tell the bot which days and hours work for you. It watches the passport, ID card and migration calendars, shows how many people are already queued for every slot, and books only inside your windows. Sign in to see the live calendar.

Two services
Passports and ID cards, and migration, under one account.
London time
Every slot on the embassy's clock, whatever your timezone.
Numbers, not names
You see how busy a slot is. Never who is in the queue.

What it does

01

A window you can attend

Add one or more date ranges, each with its own hours. The bot books inside them and nowhere else, and tells you in one plain sentence exactly what it understood.

02

A queue count on every slot

See how many people have already claimed each slot before you commit. The count moves the second someone confirms, and falls back when an attempt fails.

03

One rule set, both services

Passports and ID cards, or migration (coordination numbers): the same windows, the same matching, the same queue rules, on London time.

The queue count

A number that moves when people commit, and only then.

One count per exact slot, per service. A passport slot and a migration slot at the same minute never mix. Your own attempts are labelled as yours, never hidden in the crowd.

Queued: Tuesday 27 October at 09:00. You are #1 in the queue for this slot.

In the chat

Most people never open a web page. The bot says the same thing.

The slot list, your window and every queue count arrive in the same conversation. Book from the chat and the count on the console updates at once because they read from the same place.

The easy thing to get wrong

The start of a range is in. The end is out.

Ask for 09:00 to 12:00 and you can get 09:00 or 11:45, never 12:00. Dates are different: both the first and the last day of your range count.

Questions

Frequently asked

Do I need an account?

Yes. Only signed-in users can see slots and queue counts. One account covers both services: passports and ID cards, and migration (coordination numbers).

What is a booking window?

A list of date ranges, each with its own optional times of day. The bot only books slots inside it. Both dates of a range count, and either can be left open: a start date alone means that date onwards, an end date alone means from now until then. The start of each time range is bookable and the end is not, so 09:00–12:00 takes 11:45 but never 12:00.

What details do I have to give?

For every person: a first name, a last name, and either a personal (security) number for passports and ID cards or a phone number for migration. A personal number and a phone number are different things. One contact email covers the whole submission.

What does “3 queued” mean?

Three people have confirmed a booking request for that exact slot, or already hold it. The number rises the moment someone confirms, not when the booking succeeds, and drops back when an attempt fails, is cancelled or stalls for 15 minutes.

Can I see who else is queued?

No. Other users only ever see a number. Names, personal identity numbers and contact details are never shown.

Does a busy slot stop me from booking it?

No. The queue count is information, not a lock. The bot still goes for the slot you picked, or the earliest matching one if you didn't pick. It just lets you choose a quieter time.

Which clock are the times in?

Always the embassy's local time in London, on both the passport and the migration service, whatever timezone you or the server are in.

How far ahead does it look?

Up to 12 weeks for passports and national ID cards, and 8 weeks for migration. The console tells you the exact last date it checked.

What happens if there is nothing inside my window?

Nothing is booked. You get a clear message, and the slots outside your window stay visible on the calendar, so you can decide whether to widen it or switch on emergency mode to take the first slot that appears.

Set your window once.

The bot keeps looking, books only what you can attend, and tells you how busy it was.
